Delivery

Our delivery service is available from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday to all KT postcodes. A local delivery charge of £5.00 will be applicable.

We are currently unable to deliver flowers on Sunday or on public holidays. Orders place for Sunday delivery or on a public holiday will be delivered the following day.

Orders placed via our website for:

SAME DAY DELIVERY must be received by 3pm, Monday to Saturday.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY must be received by 5pm Monday to Friday. 

STORE COLLECTION: We also offer an in-store collection service. There is no delivery charge for this service. Orders can be collected from the specified store 2 hours after payment. Orders that are not collected by the end of the day will be held in store for 24 hours at which point we will contact the customer to organise alternative delivery arrangements. Please note that all orders placed for in store collection must be paid for in advance.

We process each order immediately after it has been placed. Therefore, it is important that you advise us of any changes as soon as possible. We will accommodate these changes to the fullest extent possible. To make an amendment to your order please call 01372 741942. 

We are unable to deliver flowers to intensive care wards and certain hospital wards that may have additional restrictions on deliveries. If you in any doubt please telephone 01372 741942.
