How much is delivery?

There is a flat rate of £5 for delivery to any KT postcode in Surrey. Or, if you prefer, it is free to collect your order from one of our three high street shops.

Are there any places you can’t deliver to?

We try our best to deliver to every address within KT, however we are unable to deliver to intensive care wards and certain hospital wards may have restrictions on deliveries. If you are in any doubt please telephone 01372 741 942.

Can I order flowers for delivery outside the KT postcode?

Yes, to order flowers please telephone 01372 741 942. Orders placed outside the above areas will be subject to an extra delivery mileage charge.

Can I order flowers by telephone?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, you cannot ship products in your cart to more than one shipping address. If you would like to ship products to more than one shipping address please place separate orders.

How do I know that you have received my order?

Once the payment process has been completed securely via PayPal you will receive an automated email with your order details. If after placing an order you do not receive an email from us please telephone 01372 741 942.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Yes, however, we process each order immediately after it has been placed. Therefore, it is important that you advise us of any changes as soon as possible. We will accommodate these changes to the fullest extent possible. To make an amendment to your order please telephone 01372 741 942.

Do you deliver flowers on Sundays and / or Bank Holidays?

We are currently unable to deliver flowers on a Sunday or on public holidays.

Can I specify a timed delivery?

No, we are unable to guarantee timed deliveries with the exception of funeral and wedding flowers. Whilst we cannot guarantee any specific times we will do our utmost to fulfil your requests.

What times are deliveries made?

We make deliveries between 8.00am and 5.00pm.

How do I know that my flowers have been delivered?

Once your flowers have been delivered you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
