Refunds & Returns

We hope that you and the recipient will be delighted with the flowers/plants or any other product received from Simon Smith Flowers. However, if you are not happy with your delivery please telephone us immediately on 01372 741942.

Because of their perishable nature, flowers may only be returned / replaced / or refunded if a complaint is received 48 hours of receipt.

We will review the comments that you have and should the cause be attributable to circumstances that are within our control we will consider issuing a refund, a replacement or re-delivery of your chosen product.
